i got scammed

so i tried ordering from a instagram post as I really liked the product but when i proceeed with the payment the demanded full payment beforehand but I was very sceptical so I payed only the half amount after that they messaged me after 2 days saying my product has arrived at my state but I would have to pay additionally for the pin code ( which i was very sceptical about and decided to refuse) after that i decided to cancel and then they said they can't refund the money and I tried pressing the matter they just blocked me
