I got scammed

I paid for a customized jewelry which was 300gh on a tiktok profile named JOY COLLECTIONS with the number 0557568183 and she never delivered the item to me. She claims she sent to a driver who also expects me to pay delivery fee of 70gh before its delivered. Because i opted for delivery before payment, i never received my paid item. They are scammers
