  There's absolutely no possible way you got hacked without either paying through whatsapp for the meat you bought or maybe you linked your bank account with their payment merchant or service. Learn warning signs beforehand and this shouldn't happen. When you process any sort of payment to them and then worry about your bank account information being handed out to them later, it's already too late. And always call your bank first to confirm if the fraudulent transaction is just a chargeback or not Most Scammers send you money first then process a chargeback later forthe money they sent you
