I got scammed (again)

so basically, I got scammed on tiktok (again) I purchased a RM 50 Arcylic marker set after a few days it didn't come. I texted the person selling it toe and they said it should be there soon, the delivery company is JNT express. I texted the delivery driver and he said he cannot find my house, I guide him over the phone and he said thank you but even after that he didn't come, I paid with debit necause they didnt alllw me to pay cash, so if I wanted a refund it was only tiktok credit 😢
