  Report to opay and they will send a msg to the person and if she or he doesnt comply by sending back your money ,the person's account will be restricted.

  Y would someone pay for a product he has not gotten online with the situation we've found ourselves in this country. Am not saying dt all digital delivery platforms r scams, but how do u exempt urself of that?
