I got scammed while buying a phone

I Got scammed while online shopping I was shopping for a phone and I found a [TXN_ID] phone for ₹5000 it was a good price so I ordered। it and the dealer sent it through porter when it arrived it's screen was cracked and when I called the dealer ही said he would refund the money and ही asked me। to send ₹500 to verify to send the refund I said no then he cut the call and blocked me. Di not buy [TXN_ID] phones online instead go toa। shop and see it yourself before buying.
