  no, it isn't a scam. http stands for hyper text transfer protocol, it's a bit complicated to explain here, but i will tell you why the link is safe. the S in HTTPS stands for safe, meaning the link the business gave is verified to be safe, when it only says HTTP, it means it hasn't been verified and can be a scam. You can also see that the account is verified business meaning they are verified by whatsapp itself. this isn't a scam
