  call the IRS and get your information about how much you owe. you can set up a payment arrangement to pay your back taxes, fines and fees. once you start making payments on time, they will unfreeze your credit. I owed 10,000+ to the first and did what I am suggesting you to do.

  If you ever get an unsolicited loan offer just ignore it. Chances are it's a scam, especially if they say it's to pay back taxes. How would a loan company know that you owe taxes to the IRS? They aren't in the habit of advertising individual debts to loan companies. The very idea that they are is absolutely ludicrous.
