Its a sms from an imsi catcher. Legit telcos do not send hyperlinks in sms. The blue colored texts on you ss seem link hyperlinks
this is a scam dont fall for it

Shrikant Sharma4 months agosms come that connection will be terminated. than they will say bill not updated. share a link of app. ask to allow all including sms. than will ask for a payment of 10 rs. once this is done...they have access to all sms including otp and your money

When you contact him, he sends you a registration link and then asks for your gold card number, its expiration date, and the phone number linked to the card.
