A guy who claims to Work with Turkish airlines Uganda and is born in Mbarara called Mr Pearl Ahereza said they are actioning items and are I. collaboration with DHL. Payment was 60% and 40% on delivery. paid the 60% . Nothing was delivered and he kept calling to ask for the other balance
