I placed an order for a gift hamper after seeing an advertisement on Instagram. After placing the order, I was informed that I had to pay additional courier charges, and I was assured that the amount would be refunded later. Subsequently, I was told that a wrong payment had been made and was repeatedly asked to make more payments to process the refund. Believing their assurances, I transferred a total of ₹9,794. However, instead of refunding the money, they fraudulently took the entire amount from me.
