Instagram Scam ad

So while Scrolling instagram I saw a page displaying An ad of shirts.Looked good and i wished to order it and payed a partial amount of it.The total value of the 2 shirts are 400 and I paid 49 prepayment and balance on cash on delivery.After several days i received the parcel and opened it.To the shock it was a torn shirt.I was shocked to see that,I took photos and tried to report it on cyber portal but the transaction I made doesn't have a number linked bank account.So I dropped the plan of reporting it.Please be aware of these kind of scams
