Attempted Scam (Venezuela)

I answered a call from a number that Truecaller did not identify, from a man who knew my first and last name and introduced himself as an official from CONATEL (Venezuela), claiming that they would suspend the service for 15 days if the phone service was not paid. I immediately realized it was a scam because the number he called from did not belong to my service provider, and when I confronted him, he hung up immediately.
