International Call (Pretending to be from dept. of telecommunications)

I got a call from this number [PHONE] Initially a automated caller spoke about - "because of abnormal activity on your number it will be auto suspended in 2 hours" Then a person with Indian tone spoke - "How can I help you", i asked why this call is regarding?, speaker - did you get a call from us. be on-line let me check. then I felt like a scam call. instantly i dropped the call. BE ALERT!
