is it a scam

the mentor told me that after finishing orders I can withdraw money yess 2nd time I have withdrawn but only small amount 300 and 700rs but now the orders that I have to finish is 9 orders if the orders is above the amount that I have in that I have to deposit the cap sometime it's cap rs 200rs 4699 but after crap the orders I will get to withdraw money after 1hour but Im scared that is it only a fraud or I can trust to do this job
