If it is a direct sim call then decline, you dont want your bill to sky-rocket. If it is your whatsapp then don't answer or maybe you have friends who are calling you........in simple terms do not answer any international calls.

I have paid the full amount to Money View, yet they keep harassing me by calling repeatedly.
