In reference to your mtn account don't say nothing to the individual on the other end of the phone ☎️ hang up. Call the company where your Mtn account is and ask them about their representatives and tell them exactly what happened to you. then you would know if it was a scam or not. Them scammers use all kind of tactics. As i said before the government is not doing enough to get rid of this problem. your telephone number☎️ my telephone ☎️ number is being sold. They have some telephones have a feature where in the caller have to announce them self before the call can go through its called smart call blocker. It's works OK for me

All those saying it's a scam, it's not a scam. The number only send messages but doesn't call. And and you don't pay the money through his line too, you just deposit money and they deduct automatically as mtn loans work. The number just send a reminder and truecaller suggest that name. SO PLEASE IT'S NOT A SCAM

I know MTN loans are paid through the same means you took the loan. So if you dialed*170#, followed the process and borrowed, it's the same way you would pay. And even if the loan is overdue, they deduct automatically when you upload your wallet. I believe it's a scammer who called you.
