is it scame or real

#Off Topic Assalamu Alaikum. I took my SSC and HSC examinations under the Cumilla Board. I used to receive a stipend, but I did not receive it in Class 10. Today, a man called me and said that I apparently have some unpaid stipend money. He asked whether I have accounts with Nagad, bKash, Rocket, etc. He also asked me to dial several things on my phone. He already knew the information about whose name my accounts are registered under. Now I’m not sure whether this is genuine or a scam, and I’m very worried. If anyone has received a similar call or experienced something like this, please let me know.
