  Well Frikkie, that depends - did you log a return due to a faulty product that you ordered? If not, then it seems to be a mistake. It can't really be a scam because there won't be anything for them to collect. If a return is logged does the reference number correspond to the one that you can see on your Takealot app. If they are the same, then no problem. If it doesn't correspond to what displays on your app then it most likely is an error, and don't hand over the product until the ordered return is verified. Takealot always sends out notifications like this to keep its customers aware of expected delivery and collection dates and times.
