  Do not even risk, just call your bank through your bank app and find the information... do not even call the number that sent you the message and make sure that you call through the app because it is the safest way to know that you are indeed talking to the bank...

  always go into the bank and ask them if you do have a policy with them. never give details over the phone

  If you have a policy with that number, call the bank or talk to them on the app if you have it. Do not follow any links or call a number on the message.
