Is this a scam?

Someone is continuously calling, claiming to be cyber police from Udaipur, Rajasthan and asking about a credit card bill payment details which was done by a third party. Is there any chance the third party did something wrong and now we're getting calls or it's a potential scam? If someone knows please let me know, it's very disturbing and tensed.

any type of police normally takes two steps .First they directly reach at the mentioned address and get the guy, Second they just call and summon to be in police chowki at fixed time
