  It is not a scam but just that their interest rate is *** 90 percent of their customer service are also rude and keep saying they will kill you and your family members.

  Can you explain further? You just received without applying for? If you applied for , and received, then you will pay. If you applied for it, did You asked the interest to pay and the duration to pay? Be wise
