Is this an investment scam? This is a telegram channel to give him money and he will make it 2x, 3x

So this a telegram channel of making your money 2x, 3x or 4x. Basically what he does is invests your paid amount in Forex/Crypto/Stocks trading and after making profit he keeps 30% to himself rest pay to you in 1 hour.
