Is this phishing?

A few days ago I received a WhatsApp message from a random number. I saw that some document was sent in the name of Shaadi.com. I thought it was a fraud, so I blocked the card first.

Brother, that file is not a card. Look at the end of it, APK is written. APK means Android application. The virus has been sent to you on the pretext of a wedding card name. Block the number, delete the chat. Never download any APK file again.

It is showing payment without UPI ID.
