I too received it. Seems legit as it leads to activation of newer version of Truecaller Assistant.

ATTEMPTED SCAM THROUGH FAKE MESSAGE

This number is sending fraudulent messages, promising a deposit of 9,999 MT through a link. It is an attempt at a scam/phishing to deceive people and possibly obtain personal data or money. I request that the number be investigated and blocked.
