Job fraud or not ?

I got a call and she said hey samrudhi you recognise me I am also from sies school I got your number from school group but I never go in sies school and she said she work for a company health and welness company that company provide part time and full time job for registration you need to pay only 299 rs for registration and gate id of that company is it fraud? and on whatsapp she asking me for details to make resume and when I asked for where do you get my number she said she get number from her friends friend and after some time she said yay I get number from computer institute. Is it fraud but company never charges money for anything right ?
