Job Offer Scam involving Fraudulent Company Impersonation

I received a call from HR claiming to represent Norstella company, offering a remote data analyst position. After I completed a technical assessment and interviewed with their product development team, I was informed that I lacked proficiency in NumPy and PyTorch. The company then directed me to enroll in a course on a website called neurastack.org, requiring me to pay upfront with a promise of thirty thousand rupees reimbursement by the company. Additionally, the address listed on the offer letter did not match the actual Norstella company address, indicating fraudulent impersonation. I was also offered a CTC of 9.67 without any discussion or negotiation, and was asked to submit documents with a joining date at the end of the month. All of this 4 round took place within 5 days.
