  my problem with Jumia as at now is send another brand of the product been ordered from them. The CCTV i ordered is not the one they supplied. Even when I ordered for one particular drug for teeth, they sent another brand which is far different from my request.

  people are just using their platform to blacklist them dey are not scam just be wise shop directly from their online app. if anyone asking u with their platform to send dem money for u to earn more money and withdraw then that's a scam so be wise not to fall victim.

  Just make sure you place your order in the app i have used it for a while now and they don't scam people
