KOTAK BANK SCAM

A person claiming to represent Kotak Bank is sending threatening messages and then deleting WhatsApp messages/calls. This is unacceptable and requires immediate investigation. Threats, intimidation and harassment by recovery agents or persons acting on behalf of a bank should not be tolerated. RBI guidelines prohibit such harassment. I demand that Kotak Bank identify this person, preserve all communication records and take appropriate disciplinary/legal action. Such individuals must be held accountable for their conduct.
