  This is a huge scam. We alone can't handle all those scams. Now it's very likely for a scam to happen.

  I don't know, there is a lot of corruption in UP.. they give jobs by paying money. They also issue certificates.. Then when you go to another state and work, you realize how much education you actually have..🤧
