  This "document" looks more like a project: Make a sample form for your business of shortlisted candidates. There is no legitimate address, there is no format in the document it looks like as if a kid made it......kids can do a better job than this individual. There is no name of the HR and the name of the company does not exist, the address is.............(non existent)and lack of professionalism in the "Textile Company"

  if it is ink signed then there should always be a stamp of the company.
