Layer 1 Cyber Complaint: Jio Bank Frozen, Mobikwik Restricted, What Should I Do?

I am a 3rd year engineering student and wanted to share my experience and ask if anyone has faced something similar. A few months ago I started using a commission-based earning platform called InCoin Pay. The platform allowed users to deposit money, complete tasks/transactions, and earn small commissions. I deposited around ₹5000 of my own money through Mobikwik and received withdrawals of around ₹3000 and ₹2000 at different times. Later I deposited again and continued using the platform. Eventually around ₹1000 of my money became stuck inside the platform and I could not withdraw it. In April 2026, my Jio Payments Bank account received a disputed transaction of around ₹2000 and was later placed under debit freeze. My UPI stopped working. My Mobikwik account was also restricted under the same cyber complaint reference number. I later learned that the transaction was linked to a cyber complaint and my account was reportedly treated as a Layer 1 account in the money trail. More than 50 days have passed. I contacted the investigating officer once and also requested freeze details from the bank, but I have not received clear information yet. I have not received any formal summons or court documents so far. Has anyone experienced: - Jio Payments Bank debit freeze? - Mobikwik restriction due to cyber complaint? - Layer 1 account freeze? - InCoin Pay or similar commission/task earning platforms? What steps helped you get accurate information or resolve the account restrictions? Please share only genuine experiences.
