Leo advertising scam

I was joined as a hr in Leo advertising org last month,it's really very far from my home.timings are 8am to 6pm, they didn't listen any excuses if I come late 10 min,I dnt have vehicle I need to change 3 buses to reach office,in that org hr given to much work not evn given break time to eat or go out.i did 13 days work ,due to family issues I left the job I informed before,next day when I asked hr about payment she told me not really ready to pay anything I worked very hard,I didn't received nothing.now a days this kind of scammers also doing cheap things when someone really needs job too much work giving and not ready to pay if candidate have problem
