Download"Likely a Business"???
I'm getting dozens of calls a day from police, fire departments, and more, asking for donations. There's only so much that I can give. The problem is that all these calls come in as "Likely a Business." Is there any way of knowing if these are scams or not? And there should be a better way of identifying callers other than "Likely a Business" which comes up on probably 95% of unknown callers that come through.

every year around May - June I will always get a call claiming to be some kind organization for police... asking for donation..... seems to asking for more this year.... but my excuse for him is it makes more sense to me to support local police. when I attend local street fair, I always donate some money when I see booth from local police/firefighter.

I have dealt with a couple of calls from a caller ID, "Informational," and they say they are from Xfinity. They ask if they are speaking to me (by mentioning my name) and tell me I qualify for a promotion or an upgrade to the latest phone model, but I tell them no, I am not interested.

I've had a few of these on my Work Phone. They are SCAMS. Every last one. Real PD FD's never call begging for money. In my case, I am downright NASTY to these vermin.

you are right! Likely a business " is less than helpful..As, sadly, is the true caller hrlp system!
