Call from an aggressive salesperson followed by a strange offer on WhatsApp.

One day I was at home when suddenly I received a call, but it wasn't a normal call. It was from a person who was shouting, telling me to buy from them!!! Later, I don't know how they got my WhatsApp, but they offered me a strange object. After that, I blocked them. Until now, I don't know what happened that day.
