Call for credit card scam

This number calls me claiming to be from Banco Pichincha to inform me about the benefits of the card. She introduces herself as Camila Valencia. Before I received the card, she used to call me constantly to ask if I had received it. When I did, she explained everything about the card and also gave me a number, 0963145551, which I saved as Platform Cashback. I was supposed to send details of any transactions I made with the card, whether advances or purchases. I was already suspicious when she said that to gain my trust, she gave me my card details, which were correct, and then she connected me to her supposed manager, Salome Castillo. She told me that to finish, they would send me a code and I had to tell it to them. That's when I realized they were charging me. I hung up and went to the bank. They blocked my card and I had to request a new one. The new thing is that now they call me claiming to be from the bank to ask if I have received my new card, but the bank told me I should only receive calls from the courier for delivery. Be careful, I was almost scammed.
