Suspicious calls

I am receiving multiple calls from Claro from different numbers, all with the same reason: to switch me to Claro EC. What can I do?

having no knowledge on this "Claro EC" stuff, if they want you to buy something or are harassing you, just block their numbers.

I was recently scammed in late April. I called in to Amazon for help with something and someone intercepted the call and impersonated themselves as a Amazon customer service representative and an Amazon technician. they convinced me to buy gift cards
