  having no knowledge on this "Claro EC" stuff, if they want you to buy something or are harassing you, just block their numbers.

  That always happens, I know people who have blocked more than 20 Claro numbers over the years and they still call. It could be from roles you're subscribed to or whatever...

  Hey, it happened to me too, but I can't do anything because my phone is acting up. The top half doesn't work, meaning if I touch something there, it doesn't respond, but the bottom half works. Please help me, and I don't have money to fix it 😔
