Fake calls and messages with insults using the number of my contacts, who deny having done it.

I am receiving fake messages and calls from different numbers of my contacts, but they deny having done so; on the contrary, they claim to receive messages from me with such content. This is a case of phone and SMS identity spoofing, known as SPOOFING; therefore, I need help to find the attacker, but I haven't found any in my country Peru. Has anyone experienced something similar? Do you know any specialist in this type of cyber harassment?
