Zomato and Swiggy apps have very good cancel and return product policies. Third-party apps like Loadshare, Sadofax, and Magic Fleet have very bad customer care service. Brothers and sisters, do not download these third-party apps, otherwise, you will lose more than you earn. In the LOADSHARE app, if a customer cancels 2 orders, a penalty is imposed on the rider: 1000 Rs or more for a 100 Rs order. After imposing the penalty, they also block your fleet manager support number, and even after raising a ticket, no calls come.
