Loan and their recovery harassment

I took loan from multiple apps and It's my mistake , but there are some apps which are Fundo Baba , salary adda , Nexiloans , Credit plus , Paisa boxx , Please do not tak loan from these company especially from salary adda and fundo baba, because they called my parents from 2 nd day of the due date. Due to job loss I am unable to repay, but they are calling my parents and friends, suggest what should I do.
