loan harrasment

My friend took a loan from a private finance company, which is a salary-based loan. He took a loan of 12,000 rupees, but after processing and other charges, he received 10,500 rupees. He is facing a lot of problems, so this month he paid 1,000 rupees towards the loan and said he would clear the rest in 3-4 months. However, today he was harassed so much that they called his wife and his colleague and harassed them. They are saying they will visit his house tomorrow. He says he will make the payment on the 12th, but they are still not satisfied. What is the solution? Kindly suggest.
