loan harrasment scam

hello, I have taken loan from Fibe formar early salary. Due to some serious cash flow issue i didn't make the emi for this month. it was my 7days late. they already created bounce charges and other penalty's but now the case is I have received too many calls from different different collection agent and also they called my mother and sister mobile also. I have told them this situation but they didn't replied yet. what 's the next I can do? Please help I have attached one of them calling number

Under Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Guidelines for Loan Recovery, collection agents are prohibited from contacting your family members, friends, or colleagues. They are also restricted to calling only between designated hours (typically 8 AM to 7 PM).
