  same here for me also. I have taken loan from 4 different app. Nira and lendingplate they very abbusive. I have told that I have facing serious financial crisis, this is not first emi. first and 2nd I paid. so give me some time. they threatened me in many way and lendingplate threatened me to law and legal notice and contact address and office. I don't how to solve but still I don't have that much to pay them . I have just give me atleast 20 days . but theye are told no We don't have extension rules and their collection executive are very very bad.

  I had taken loan from many apps last one year and have been paying very correctly but these online loans kills our peace of mind I have to pay lot of companies from last month I didn't pay pay rupik rupee 112 loan 112 digicredit bright loans etc I didn't pay from last month. I stopped paying as I don't have money From tradofina one person came and went but other company loan never comes they didn't call my reference [TXN_ID] and also they gv many mails I switch off mobile and sitting I'm going to give complaint they looted rate of interest heavy heavy I lost everything now due to online loans

  I am also in the same situation and I will tell you my experience. 1. First thing keep calm and open Chat GPT (I have used this so I know it gives very good suggestions. You may use another if you want). Now what? Just ask everything that is troubling you and what should you do. It will give you every answer you want from what to do and how to complain and so on. Very easy and call harrasment will stop for while. Just make sure to reconfirm like: Is it okay if I speak like this and so on. 2. Second. Put the phone on DND make sure you allow contacts so you can receive their calls. By law no one can force you to pick up the call so don't fret, so it boldly. 3. Third. Enable voicemail it will instantly drop the number of calls. (Ask chat GPT about everything you will get clear answer at why I am saying this) Now comes to the questions you are worried about. Q. Will they call your friends and family? A. No, they should not and they can't unless you are out of reach. If they are still calling collect the evidence and file a complaint. (Ask the GPT for guidance) Q. Will they do a home visit? A. Yes. But there are rules and regulations, also you can directly refuse the home visit. They certainly won't agree so just keep them out of the house. (Once again ask chat GPT for guidance) If you have moved to a different address then there is no need to worry. Don't tell them your adress if they ask just tell them you are not comfortable and will only accept written communication. (Just make sure your previous neighbour won't know or tell your current address) Note: I have done everything from above and I still get calls. But the number is only two to ten per day. (I have multiple loans so I was getting 50+ calls every day even on holidays but now it clearly dropped). I don't even pick up their calls the last time I did was about few months ago to collect the evidence of their abuse. Although this might escalate to legal channels one day, what should I do if I don't have money? Sell my kidneys or become a hitman? The jobs are not safe anymore and the pay is too low. Even the insurance companies are black hearted. If not I wouldn't need to take the loan.

  ignore all calls, save the logs and ask your friends and family to send you evidence of the harassment. don't make any payments at all . they are not allowed to do this, it is illegal. look for a free consultation with an attorney who specializes in dept collections, and don't engage with these companies unless advised to by the attorney . trust me, you'll be so relieved.
