  I believe this is a kredito app. First and foremost thing when you are taking a loan then you should return that back with interest as per your loan agreement. Secondly this is not a Chinese apo where you can avoid paying by blocking them or deleting your pictures or by any means. The interest on that loan will keep on increasing. You might get into legal trouble too. I've been taking loan from that app always paid on time and I still do. Yeah the interest is too damn high. If you are not able to pay then avoid taking money from anybody whether it's a person or an institution.

  sorry to say, but this is your debt now so pay it! it appears you took out a short term high interest "payday" loan, they give credit/money to people who are desperate for cash but can't go through the normal channels because they won't supply them credit for varying reasons, unfortunately maybe you didn't read the terms and conditions, but while this sounds extremely high it also sounds about right, I've seen interest rates MUCH higher than this, believe me it could have been worse, if you took out this loan, which you say that you did, then it's not actually a "scam" it's a short term high interest loan which you now have to pay. if you just block them and ignore them they will NOT just forget about you, sorry to say this but you're going to have to pay this.

  don't worry.. they already have the access to your data.. they may blackmail you, but don't scar.. they will do nothing.. if you block them, not answer them, they will harrash you through sending morphed pics to your contacts.. better you answer them in WhatsApp text, only respond them how they behaves to you.. only talking in bad manner using slangs and with a straight answer that I'm not gonna pay.. they will hassash you 2 or 3 days.. then no calls or messages will come.. still they may reach after few days but they r not harmless.. don't ignore them just face then with a bad manner.. that's it. just say no to cyberfruads. (saying based on personal experience)

  this app I know kredito24, i have taken loan from them many times. they do take high interest rates. recently i took 4k and paid 6k for just 14 days. but they do show the breakup like what amount will be deducted, what amount has to be paid, duration etc. they make you eisgn the documents sent to your mobile to disburse the amount. i dont think you can escape from this by blocking, as you sign documents you might have to face legal troubles and interest keeps increasing every non paid day after dues. if you ask its risky to avoid not paying. i think if i remember correctly it does get updated in cibil too. so you risk your cibil score, plus non stop calls, plus high penalty, and might have to face legal issues. in some cases these kind of apps hand it over to city specific recovery agents who might come to the address mentioned in the aadhar.
