Don't repay and force stop, delete the app, then take Truecaller premium and block unknown callers. Make a broadcast message to your contacts informing them that your phone has been hacked. If you receive any image, PDF, call, or anything, block it directly! Also, file a complaint on the cyber crime portal. If you are more troubled, call 1930 or file a complaint at your local cyber crime branch.
