  Sorry this happened to you — and thank you for sharing this to warn others. This is a well-documented advance-fee loan scam that's been circulating in Vietnam. The pattern: victims are shown a fake "e-wallet" balance (like the *** page in your screenshot) claiming a loan has already been disbursed, then told they must pay a "verification/authorization fee" (usually ~10% of the loan) before they can withdraw it. No legitimate lender ever requires you to pay money to "unlock" funds that are supposedly already yours — that's the clearest red flag. Some of these scammers have even impersonated a defunct/merged company (PVFC — Petrovietnam Finance Corporation, which merged into PVcomBank back in 2013) to look official, complete with fake stamps and signatures. PVcomBank itself has publicly warned about this exact scam. If anyone reading this gets a similar message: do not send any more money, and do not share your ID card, bank/ATM card details, or OTP codes — no matter how urgent or official-sounding the threats are ("your loan is frozen," "funds go to the state treasury," etc.). If you already sent money, contact your bank immediately to try to freeze/trace the transaction, and report it to local police (in Vietnam: your nearest police station, or the Ministry of Public Security's cybercrime reporting channels). Since your personal info was already leaked, it's also worth watching for follow-up phishing attempts or identity misuse.
