the first image is of scammer pretending to be mahanagar gas limited using a whatsapp business account. They will try to create a fake urgency saying that there is a fake disconnection notice. please check for blue ticks in official business messages to like in 2nd photo. Using MGL and creating fake whatsapp business ids was something new.
