They are calling me again and again from this phone number and saying that our money has been debited from your account, why are you not returning it when I have not received any money, yet I tried to understand them, yet they continue calling me in a disrespectful manner

Never transfer funds or provide banking details to unknown callers, especially if they are demanding payment in a disrespectful or threatening manner.
