Hello, I want to tell you that recently I reported a scam on May 21. I had money in my Mercado Pago account, I received an alert and couldn't access the account, and when I logged in, my money was gone. I filed a report and everything. In recent days, I have received 79 calls from different numbers threatening me and trying to scam me again. I don't know what to do to feel calm anymore.hola le cuento hace poco denuncie una estafa el día 21 de mayo yo tenía dinero en la cuenta mercado pago, me mandaron una alerta y no podía ingresar a la cuenta y cuando me ingresé la cuenta no tenía mi dinero, hice la denuncia todo, hace en estos días pase llamadas 79 veces números distintos amenazando y querer estafar nuevamente ya no se que hacer para estar tranquila

I was also scammed, my phone was hacked, money was taken from my accounts, requesting an advance on CMR Falabella many times, they still haven't returned all the money from Falabella. Banco Estado was the first to acknowledge it. I must say, I pressured them from all sides: Sernac, Superintendence, etc. It took quite some time but it was worth it. Don't let it happen, assert your rights and bank support.

I was also scammed on August 25th; they took two hundred thousand from my premium account. Waiting for a response from the bank. Very poor service, no security at all.
