I was scammed

Hello, I want to tell you that recently I reported a scam on May 21. I had money in my Mercado Pago account, I received an alert and couldn't access the account, and when I logged in, my money was gone. I filed a report and everything. In recent days, I have received 79 calls from different numbers threatening me and trying to scam me again. I don't know what to do to feel calm anymore.

I received a sum of 12,000 pesos in my Mercado Pago account. I assumed it was from Al Fin Hijo, but it said Banco Itaú... After a few days, they started charging me, saying I had taken out a loan and had to start paying from that day. They call me every day with messages about loans advertised on TV.

I was also scammed, my phone was hacked, money was taken from my accounts, requesting an advance on CMR Falabella many times, they still haven't returned all the money from Falabella. Banco Estado was the first to acknowledge it. I must say, I pressured them from all sides: Sernac, Superintendence, etc. It took quite some time but it was worth it. Don't let it happen, assert your rights and bank support.

I was also scammed on August 25th; they took two hundred thousand from my premium account. Waiting for a response from the bank. Very poor service, no security at all.

Mercado Pago is usually like that with Estafeta, or they don't return the money that people have there. It's just a mere formality to be able to beat Mercado Pago.
