  it's not 24 hours a day, even scammers won't call before and after the legal hours because it would scream "scammer." why aren't you blocking them,? sounds like you just want to exagerate the number and make no effort to block them. why are you paying for this service if you won't take advantage of what they have offered you.

  Tell them to stop calling you. you have to physically say it. Don't be bullied. keep telling them to stop calling. hang up, they are trying to scare you. Don't hold conversations
